The HDMI and USB Combo Adapter

This is an HDMI + dual USB combo adapter for the Eval/Edge style headers found on our "Platform" and "SWaP Carrier" boards.
- Needs to connect to two headers to get both HDMI and USB
- The header on the USB side does not have the 5V input connected, so that it might work with WX board headers (untested)

  - HDMI and Dual USB connectors
  - Each USB channel has a power switch/ESD protection chip (so needs the enable pin activated to power USB)
  - Two LEDs that can be used as USB status indicators (or something else)
  - Pair of 3.3V/GND headers
  - SMT solder bridge jumper to bypass the 1k resistor connection between 5V and the 5V input on the HDMI connector (probably not needed in most cases)
  - 6-Pin header for the other HDMI signals that are not connected via the header
