Here are ExpressPCB "Mini Board" PCB board files for the Propeller chip either from the forum or my own.

bullet
Note:  I've found that ExpressPCB is the lowest cost PCB service with fast turn around of low quantity.  I highly recommend the "Mini Board" service.  For $51 and ~$10 shipping you can have 3 boards delivered in less than 1 week.
bullet
"Mini Board" service requires the PCB to be exactly 3.8"x2.5" with only two layers (no silkscreen, no resist).
bullet
The also have an OK schematic program that will assist finding problems with your circuit.
bullet
However, these programs are nowhere as complete as PcbExpress, another service I've used.  The main things missing are auto routing and true circuit checking.  But, ExpressPCB is very quick to learn and easy to use, so I'd highly recommend it to hobbyists.
bullet
I've seen that some people use this software to make their own boards by taking screenshots of the layers and then printing them out for transfer...

Mini-Marx Controller by Ray Allen

bullet

Status:  Built and tested LCD, MAX1270, and AD5206 successfully somehow!  See major errors below. (although board actually drawn for AD5204, see below).

bullet
Major error is that 5V trace going over to the MAX1270 is connected to the 3.3V LDO output trace on the bottom layer.  Somehow, the board was actually working for a while in this condition!  But, I don't know why because this puts 5V on the Prop...  Using razor blade to remove wide bottom layer trace from LDO to Prop...
bullet
Another Major mistake is that the LM1086 LDO regulators have the big heat sink tab as Vout, instead of GND (like the TLV2217)...  Board actually works with LM1086 as long as you don't push down on the regulator so that the tab touches the board (or screw the regulator down).  Going to fix this by Dremel tooling a break around the ground planes of both bolt holes on the back of the board.  Or, could use lower current TLV2217 instead...
bullet
Another mistake is that the 2.1 mm power connector is drawn upside down...  So, the middle (side) hole should be on top instead of on bottom (in the picture below).  But, this mistake was easily fixed by drilling a new hole.  As this pin isn't used for anything, it could have been snipped and not even connected.
bullet
Another mistake is that the board is actually wired for the AD5204 instead of AD5206.  Since all I have is AD5206, I partially removed 3 traces and added 2 jumpers to make it work...  Pin 4 should connect to ground instead of P22.  Pin 5 should connect to P22 instead of ground.  Pin 7 should connect to P20 instead of +3.3VDC.  Pin 9 should connect to  GND instead of P20.
